The time has come for our much-loved 110° Proof to stage a comeback and re-establish itself as the benchmark for high-strength, bourbon-matured Islay single malt. Matured exclusively in unrinsed first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled in small batches of approximately 60 casks.
Tasting Notes
The nose offers buttered rye and honeyed lemon zest enveloped in brooding coal smoke and milk chocolate. On the palate, bright ginger and citrus meet peat smoke and caramel sweetness. This evolves into a herbal finish, where aniseed and raspberry leaf linger alongside chocolate limes.
