From time to time we release rare, hand-selected exceptional single casks. Each cask individually embodies our signature flavour profile, defined by a luscious balance of rich fruit notes and herbaceous peat smoke. This limited series of exclusives are only available in select countries. Each release offers a different nuance of our definitive classic Islay whisky flavour profile.
Nurtured With Unrivalled Attention To Detail
We are proud to have a truly small batch approach where we can give the casks in our care a level of attention to detail that is second to none. We are able to choose the right cask for the specific spirit and then nurture the select new-make and young Islay whiskies individually, guiding the maturation to showcase each cask at its very best. This meticulous inspection of casks, throughout their lifecycle, allows us to identify these special casks which we proudly bottle as a single cask exclusive. Each has their own nuance and character- a unique expression of the classic Islay whisky we love.
Our Core Collection
The same care and attention we give to our single cask exclusive releases also guides our core collection. These meticulously nurtured casks are married together in small batches, between 20 to 60 casks in size. We leverage our team’s expertise and experience to blend and craft a consistent, specific flavour profile for each expression.
