Method
Open the bottle, have your ice and glass at the ready, and chocolate selected. Pour liquid over ice. Sip, nibble, savour, repeat.

Indulge in a Fig Old Fashioned, crafted with Port Askaig 8 Year Old Whisky, its smoky essence intertwines with the rich sweetness of the fig liqueur, elevated by the velvety notes of Oloroso Sherry and balanced with a touch of orange bitters.
Ingredients
50ml Port Askaig Aged 8 Years 10ml Oloroso Sherry 10ml fig liqueur 5ml simple syrup 1 dash orange bitters
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir over ice until suitably chilled and diluted to your liking, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice added, garnish with a slice of fresh fig.
