Dark Chocolate, with a touch of smoked salt

Charcoal smoke, dried fruit, nutty richness and nuanced sweetness unfolds in each sip
50ml PA Aged 8 Years
10ml Fig liqueur
10ml Olorosso
5ml Simple sirop
1 dash Orange bitters
Add all ingredient's into a mixing glass, stir over ice until suitably chilled and diluted to your liking, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice added, garnish with a slice of fresh fig.
