INGREDIENTS

50ml Port Askaig 8 Year Old

Dark Chocolate, with a touch of smoked salt

Method

Open the bottle, have your ice and glass at the ready, chocolate selected. Pour liquid over ice. Sip, nibble, savour, repeat.

50ml PA Aged 8 Years
10ml Fig liqueur 
10ml Olorosso 
5ml Simple sirop 
1 dash Orange bitters 

Method

Add all ingredient's into a mixing glass, stir over ice until suitably chilled and diluted to your liking, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice added, garnish with a slice of fresh fig.
