INGREDIENTS
50ml Port Askaig Aged 8 Years
10ml Oloroso Sherry
10ml fig liqueur
5ml simple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir over ice until suitably chilled and diluted to your liking, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice added, garnish with a slice of fresh fig.
